On the Complex
The Valle Del Este Complex has a 4* hotel, with bars, restaurants, pool tables, live music, and lovely patio area overlooking the 18th green. Pro shop, putting green and chipping areas. A large pool with small childrens play area.
Adjacent to the hotel is the commercial centre, where you will find a local supermarket, hairdressers, traditional Spanish bar, Karen's bar with Sky TV, great food, pool tables and sun terrace area. Perfect for relaxing in the sun or partying throughout the evening.
Carlos's bar is opposite the supermarket, a fantastic venue to chill and relax with a cocktail (or two, we won't judge!)
Be warned, it always is open, you can party well into the early morning with Carlos...
The bars and restaurants in the commercial centre are fantastic value for money and their hospitality will always make you feel at home.

Local Area
Valle del Este is situated near the typically Spanish town of Vera, about a 10 minutes drive inland from the beautiful beaches of Mojacar. This part of Spain is one of the driest and sunniest with over 314 sunny days a year and is often used as a film set. Nearby is Mini Hollywood, the film set for old spaghetti westerns, definitely worth a visit.
There are miles of clean beaches, some barely used at all and a nudist beach at Vera for the less inhibited!
Also, a great water park, wild west themed park, zoo, tenpin bowling, go karting and numerous other activities for kids and adults reliving their youth! Or, take a stroll along the marina at Garrucha and enjoy the fantastic fresh fish, take a drive into the mountains of Mojacar Playa and blissfully watch the world go by. Or for the more adventurous night life, visit Vera Playa and enjoy one of the many bars and night clubs.

All Year Round Holidays
The Sierra Nevada, less than 35km from Granada and just over two hours drive from the apartment, is the winter resort of Solynieve.
This is Europe's most southerly ski venue and site of the 1996 World Ski Championship. The season starts November/December and lasts until April or May depending on the snow. Lifts and cable cars connect the resort at 2,100m to the second highest peak in Spain, Veleta, standing at 3,398m.
Activities are in abundance both on and off the slopes. Skating and cross country skiing can be practiced during the day and at night the apres-ski celebrations go on until late..
Ski on a Monday and play golf on a Tuesday. A perfect winter holiday.
